Already feeling good about their odds of winning back the House this November, Democrats' optimism is in overdrive after last night's redistricting win in Virginia. Voters there approved a new congressional map that could flip four red seats blue. The blatant gerrymandering move in Virginia, combined with a similar move in California, was designed to offset the Republican gerrymanders in Texas, Missouri and North Carolina.
