Not only a box-office success but now an absolute cult classic. With incredible acting from start William H. Macy, Frances McDormand, Steve Buscemi and Peter Stomare. A nice tight 98-minute story that truly keeps you engaged and not just rewatchable but almost a must second watch is needed. "True Coat"
1 oz Canadian whisky
1 oz aquavit
1/4 oz dry vermouth
1 barspoon lingonberry jelly
1 barspoon Amaro Sfumato
1 dash orange bitters
1 small dash cherry bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
Fine strain into a coupe. 
Apply a light dill oil mist over the surface.
Top with a sheet of frozen lingonberry jelly, a small mound of crushed ice, and a sprig of dill.

“Minnesota Nice”
2 oz Aquavit
1.5 oz Velvet Falernum
1 oz Frozen lemonade mix
1 oz Frozen limeade mix
Shaken and pour over crushed ice
Topped with Ginger ale

expressed lemon peel

“Spikes declaration”
2 oz Angels Envy bourbon whiskey
1 oz Blood Orange bitters
1 oz Lemon juice
.75 oz Charred Grapefruit tonic
.5 oz Vanilla infused simple syrup

"Rum Mummy"
2 oz cranberry juice
1.5 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce each raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and maple

    ¼ oz blueberry liqueur
    1 barspoon St-Germain elderflower

3 oz Southern Comfort
1 oz Nixta Corn Liqueur
1 oz Sloe Gin
.5 oz Blood Orange bitters
.5 oz lime infused simple syrup
Half of a fresh squeezed lemon

½ oz Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth di Torino
¼ oz olive brine
2 drops saline solution
1 dash orange bitters
4 olives, freshly pitted
Fill the cavity with minced lemon zest mixed with a drop of olive oil and a pinch of salt

“Chaos cocktail”
“2.5 oz Skatter Brain Dark Cherry Vanilla whisky
1 oz Raspberry Vodka
3 oz Pineapple Juice 
.5 oz Blood Orange Bitters
Shaken and poured over ice
top with Ginger Beer

1½ oz Flóki Single Malt Whisky
¾ oz Dry Curaçao
¾ oz Lillet Blanc
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Absinthe rinse
2 teardrops saline
pinch of sea salt on lemon peel before expressing

“Fruit Punch Mouth”
Muddle 2 strawberries
1 oz raspberry vodka 
1 oz grapefruit vodka
1 oz peach whiskey 
1 oz sour apple pucker schnapps
.5 oz blood orange bitters
.5 oz lime infused simple syrup 
.5 oz grenadine 
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice 
3 bar spoons of bourbon cherries
Shaken and poured garnished with orange and strawberry and bourbon cherries.

"Fumigation Special"
2 oz gin
1/2 oz each lime juice, simple syrup and peppermint syrup. 
Mix well and pour into a glass rimmed with food-grade diatomaceous earth.

"The Angelis"
2oz Angel’s Envy
2oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
Served over ice

Beer
Guinness
