We'll look at two approaches: starting with an existing Imperial regiment and exploring how it fell to Chaos, or building from the ground up as a small cult that grows into an armed militia and eventually a full military force. Along the way, we'll cover recruitment, equipment, leadership, life under Chaos, corruption, allies and battlefield doctrine, while looking at common homebrew mistakes and how to avoid them. Whether you're creating a rebellious militia or an entire army serving the Ruinous Powers, this episode will help you build a force with a believable history and its own identity.Lorehammer Patreonhttps://www.patreon.com/c/lorehammer/membershipOne Time Donationshttps://paypal.me/lorehammerpodcastLink to all Linkshttps://linktr.ee/Lorehammer40k

We’ll examine the reasons Space Marines fall to Chaos, their allegiance to the Ruinous Powers, their warlords, culture, recruitment, resources and combat doctrine. Along the way, we’ll cover common homebrew mistakes and explain how to build a warband with a believable history, meaningful weaknesses and an identity beyond corrupted armour and daemonic weapons. Whether your warriors are ancient veterans of the Traitor Legions or renegades who have only recently abandoned the Emperor, this episode will help you create a force that feels at home in the grim darkness of the 41st Millennium.Lorehammer Patreonhttps://www.patreon.com/c/lorehammer/membershipOne Time Donationshttps://paypal.me/lorehammerpodcastLink to all Linkshttps://linktr.ee/Lorehammer40k
