He Is Building a Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) Empire One Robot at a Time (with Albert Saunders Jr.)

    01.09.2026 | 26 Min.
Understaffed teams end up cleaning floors, answering phones, and covering shifts built for two people. Albert Saunders Jr. saw it at a gas station with one exhausted employee doing four jobs at once, and built Neil AI Global Solutions to fix it. The company now runs 38 robots: cleaning machines, delivery robots that move up to 1,200 pounds, and AI voice agents answering phones around the clock. One warehouse needed 300,000 square feet swept daily. One robot has handled it ever since.
In this episode of Lead with AI, Dr. Tamara Nall speaks with Albert Saunders Jr. about the RaaS model that prices a robot as a weekly labor cost, the faith and family values guiding Neil AI, and its recognition as North Carolina's first Black-owned AI and robotics company. Albert also shares his boldest prediction for Neil AI by 2030.

NextSense Earbuds Try to Change Your Sleep While You're Still Asleep (with Jonathan "JB" Berent)

    25.08.2026 | 34 Min.
Most sleep trackers count hours. Jonathan "JB" Berent set out to measure something else: slow waves, the deep brain activity that actually restores the body overnight. He built NextSense, a pair of EEG-sensing earbuds that read brainwaves and use targeted sound to help extend that restorative stage of sleep. One early user, a menopausal investor who could barely sleep two hours at a stretch, became one of NextSense's first backers after weeks of real relief. Another user liked the earbuds enough to pass them along to his boss, the CEO of one of the world's largest consulting firms.

In this episode of Lead with AI, Dr. Tamara Nall speaks with JB Berent about the research project at Google's moonshot factory that became NextSense, how the earbuds translate raw brain signals into something the AI can act on, and why he built the company to run its algorithms locally instead of in the cloud. JB also shares his boldest prediction about AI and consciousness, and what he thinks brain-sensing wearables could look like a decade from now.

How Luventix Is Using AI to Find Signs of Disease in a Single Urine Sample (with Dejan Nenov)

    18.08.2026 | 32 Min.
Can an AI "dog nose" sniff out cancer from a single urine sample?
In this episode of Lead with AI, host Dr. Tamara Nall sits down with Dejan Nenov, Co-Founder of Luventix, to explore a mind-blowing breakthrough in medical tech. By pairing 70-year-old gas chromatography science with modern machine learning classifiers, Luventix is training AI to mirror the biological superpower of a cancer-sniffing dog.
Instead of searching for a single biomarker over decades of research, their technology turns on the lights in the entire room—mapping a complete "digital twin" of your molecular makeup using 38,250 unique data points from just one sample.
Tune in to discover:• The Ski-Trip "Aha!" Moment: How a TV clip about dogs led to a revolution in affordable diagnostics.• Companion Diagnostics: The secret tech helping pharma companies save billions by predicting drug trial success.• The Software Engineer's Oath: Why tech builders need a code of ethics just like the Hippocratic Oath.• A Bold 5-Year Prediction: Why the world's first 10-person, billion-dollar company is right around the corner.
Stop guessing in healthcare. Press play and learn how AI is driving down costs while scaling population-level early detection!

How AI Is Revolutionizing Award-Winning Filmmaking (with Eric Hamilton)

    11.08.2026 | 37 Min.
Making a feature film has always started with someone else's permission. A writer spends months on a script, then spends a year asking studios for five or ten million dollars, and most of those conversations end in nothing. Eric Hamilton went around it. He prompts, keeps whatever the AI hands back, and lets the story bend around what the technology renders well, a method he calls machine perspective cinema. His first feature began as twenty short episodes he made to outdo viral cat videos. Strung together and submitted on a whim, the result won Best Sci-Fi at the New York International Film Festival against traditional films. Five features and four distribution deals have followed.
In this episode of Lead with AI, host Dr. Tamara Nall speaks with Eric Hamilton, President and Executive Producer of EHAMX Studios, about why AI-specific film festivals have given him nothing while traditional festivals have handed him fourteen awards, how a fraternity pledge scene his own fraternity brothers called hard to watch became the emotional center of one film, and where he draws the line on likeness and intellectual property. Eric also lays out his plan for a forty film catalog under the EHAM Cinematic Universe.
Want to see the films? Trailers are live at ehamx.com, with the first feature expected to reach streaming later this year. The Question Every AI Team Forgets to Ask About Their Own Agent (with Moritz Sudhof)

    04.08.2026 | 31 Min.
Every company that ships an AI agent wants to know if it is actually working. Dashboards report session counts and completion rates, but they cannot show if a user left satisfied or walked away frustrated. Moritz Sudhof built Bigspin AI to close that gap, reading every conversation between a company's users and its AI agent and delivering a daily report on what broke down and why. One Bigspin customer rolled out the same AI product, the same model, and the same prompts to two different companies. It thrived at the first. It went quiet at the second. The real difference was buried in the transcripts the whole time.
In this episode of Lead with AI, Dr. Tamara Nall speaks with Moritz Sudhof about building Bigspin AI after leading AI coaching products at BetterUp, why the biggest lever for improving an AI system often sits outside the AI itself, and how research with Stanford professor Chris Potts uncovered failure patterns standard monitoring misses. Moritz explains why two identical AI products performed in totally different ways depending on how each was introduced to its users, why people should treat AI as a collaborator rather than a vending machine, and where he expects agent-to-agent conversation to head by 2030.
