The World of Eora is a news & lore podcast about the fantasy setting created by Obsidian Entertainment for their cRPG series, Pillars of Eternity, and their action RPG: Avowed.

This week's episode focuses on the character of Azureith, someone we only read about in one item's description; but I wanted to take a moment to soak in a single character's story to connect to the world in not only a mechanical way; but in a personal way. Something that I think is vital when soaking in written works like the writing for these games. Topics include: the War of Black Trees; Dyrwood vs Glanfath; Stilettos; and magic.

This week on the podcast I try something different. I am going to give an actual small sermon, based on the Berathian scriptures of the game. I don't repeat content of like "who Berath is" or whatnot. Some of you are getting tired of the constantly repeated stuff, but I want this to also remain beginner friendly. Still, it's an episode trying something new. Let me know what you think.

Also, someone in my online circle referred to her as "Mommy Berath" once. I didn't bring it up in the podcast, but I'm mentioning it here, in case anyone needs to know that for some reason...okay, have fun!
