We chat all about the sometimes cringe, yet surprisingly emotional summer adventures of Carmen, Lena, Bridget, Tibby(!?), and their shared, dirty, pair of regular-looking, yet magical pants. • We've Been Busy, But We're Still Here!

  Happy early American Thanksgiving! It's been a couple months since we released our last episode, so we wanted to let you know what we've been up to. We catch you up on everything we've been watching. We share some highlights from our recent trip to the Pacific Northwest including a few brushes with danger. We share a bit about our trip to Connecticut to host the Gilmore Girls cast panel. Plus we've got some updates about where we're at with our next phase of content, including a wild pitch for a potential podcast. • Firebuns Wrap-up

  We did it! We watched and compared Joss and Amy's other two shows. They didn't have quite as much in common as Buffy and Gilmore, but they are both about ragtag groups of people who become each other's found family, led by reluctant heroes. Also both shows feature young, thin, petite girls who can do impressive stuff with their bodies. Oh, and Mitchum! We discuss what worked about the shows, what didn't, and where they maybe would have gone with more seasons. Plus we do an accidental ad for Gain detergent! • Bunheads Final Four: Part 2

  Bunheads Episode 17 "It's Not a Mint"/Bunheads Episode 18 "Next!"Welp, that's a wrap on Bunheads... did not expect it to end in the middle of a sex ed lesson, but at least we got a cool final dance. We begin with a Bracebridge-esque, town-hunkering-down-together episode, featuring Sean Gunn as basically Kirk. Then we watch as Michelle tries to balance her goals of achieving stardom with her growing pile of sex questions from her students. We do get some nice relationship-mending moments, and some final hilarious bits from some of the silliest side characters. Plus we share some weird things we've done with condoms.Want more content?   Our discussion on the conclusion to the Firefly series: "Serenity"This week we catch up with the crew of Serenity in their feature film! Fortunately, this little show was blessed with the chance to tie up some loose ends. It ties up some of the, arguably, most interesting ends, however, we do wish they had a bit more time to focus on certain characters. We get cameos from a couple famous actors, and a visitor from Joss's sex bot closet. Shepherd Book still doesn't give us any of his backstory, but does teach us a thing or two about leaves, and Inara has learned some fancy incense tricks.
