The World’s Fastest Woman Over 40 - Learn About The Health Benefits Of Sprinting From An Olympic Coach | Cynthia Monteleone | Ep. 58

    17.03.2026 | 1 Std. 33 Min.
In this episode, Bethany sits down with world champion sprinter and metabolic practitioner Cynthia Monteleone to chat about all things health, fitness, and resilience. They dig into trending health topics like creatine, seed oils, and the myth that your leggings are poisoning you, then get into why sprinting is one of the best things you can do for your hormones, brain health, and aging - and how anyone can start at any fitness level. Cynthia shares her incredible story of becoming a world champion in her 40s after a 20-year break, recovering from a gnarly pole vault injury without surgery, surviving the Lahaina fire and rebuilding her family's life on the Big Island, advocating for fairness in women's sports, and why giving back to your community and taking care of yourself as a mom matters more than most people realize.

The Changing Digital World of Decentralized Social Media and Cryptocurrency | with Paul Keating | Ep. 56

    13.02.2026 | 55 Min.
In this episode, Bethany and Adam sit down with Paul Keating to talk about the broken state of social media and what a better future could look like. They get into how platforms like Instagram and Facebook profit off your attention through ads and addictive algorithms, why censorship on legacy platforms is a real problem (including what happened to Dr. Saladino during COVID), and how Primal - a social media app built on the open-source Nostr protocol - is trying to fix all of that by giving users full control over their feeds, no advertising model, and the ability to send real Bitcoin (called Zaps) directly to creators. The conversation naturally flows into Bitcoin itself - why it matters, how it differs from crypto, what sound money means, the debasement of the dollar, Bitcoin's humanitarian potential for the unbanked, and why Paul lives entirely on a Bitcoin standard in Costa Rica. They wrap up by recommending the book Thank God for Bitcoin and teasing a future deep-dive Bitcoin episode.

    Guest Bio:

Paul Keating is a builder at Primal, a social media app built on the decentralized Nostr protocol that lets users control their own feeds, own their data, and send Bitcoin directly to creators. A passionate Bitcoiner who lives fully on a Bitcoin standard in Costa Rica, Paul is also behind the upcoming documentary Hummingbird: The Bitcoin Jungle Story.
