The Apple of Truth: Podcast

It is finally time for our very first Galavant Summoning episode! We have been looking forward to this and so to no one's surprise, this turned out very long, slightly chaotic and quite intense in all the good ways.

We have opinions, agree on a lot of things, debate other things and also, as is the way with The Summoning, get quite drunk during all of this.

At 00:02:54 we are actually starting with the classic bits: (least) favourite character, most/least character development and ofc best gif of the season

At 00:31: 08 the random bits get started: We define ages for everyone, we make up a timeline for the whole season, we come up with copious amounts of ship names and we each pick our favourite song of the season

At 01:19:56 the debates start, though tbf it was much less debate than either of us expected! You get all the "we could talk about this" moments we raised at some point during the recordings of the season

At 01:56:25 we go through our collections of questions and try to trim that down a bit

This was a wild ride - Vero managed to break Lina several times, Lina had to deal with some excessive hayfever (sorry for the breathing) and both of us had a lot of opinions and grounds for lengthy debates.

We also agreed on a lot of material for our summoning episode (so that is something to look forward to) and just keep on being enthusiastically obsessed with this show!

For us, this may be the weakest episode yet, but that doesn't mean we didn't have fun! Lina has the time of her life gushing over her favourite song of the series, and Vero gets to nerd about the music and choreography in general.

And yes, obviously Vero manages to plug yet another one of her favourite musicals. Other than that, the show yet again adresses at least one annoying trope and we walk away happy.
