Faith, Fame and the Truth About Mental Health

    01.09.2026 | 38 Min.
What happens when you have the career, the fame, the money… and still don't feel okay?

Behind the cameras, the red carpets and the Hollywood success story is a reality that we don't talk about enough:

Fame does not make you immune to pain.

In this deeply personal episode of the Law of Attraction Secrets Podcast, Natasha Graziano sits down with actor Ryan Guzman, known for 9-1-1, Step Up Revolution, The Boy Next Door and more, for an honest conversation about faith, fame, fatherhood, mental health, purpose, relationships and what really creates a meaningful life.

Ryan opens up about the reality behind Hollywood success—and how different the perception of fame can be from the reality of living it.

After his breakout role in Step Up, Ryan explains that people assumed he was suddenly wealthy because the movie had huge worldwide marketing behind it. In reality, he says his initial pay was $60,000, with taxes and representation reducing what he actually took home significantly. That experience taught him to recognize who genuinely supported him and who was simply attracted to the idea of his success.

But the conversation goes far deeper than Hollywood.

Ryan talks openly about faith and the temptations that come with the entertainment industry, explaining that having strong faith can actually make the journey more challenging because you may have to turn down opportunities that conflict with your values—especially when you're hungry for work or money.

Then the conversation takes an incredibly vulnerable turn.

Ryan shares that approximately nine years ago, he attempted suicide.

He speaks about the darkness he experienced, what he learned from being in that place, and how that experience gave him a deeper empathy for people who feel lost inside their own minds and hearts.

Most importantly, Ryan explains that after sharing his own experience publicly, people around the world began approaching him to share their own mental-health stories.

And one of the biggest lessons he discovered?

    Connection matters.

Ryan realized that many people struggling with their mental health can feel disconnected, misunderstood or unable to be fully themselves around the people closest to them. He also reflects on how, during his own darkest period, people saw him as the strong person everyone else could lean on—when what he actually needed was someone to recognize that he needed help too.

❤️ In This Episode, You'll Discover:

🎬 The truth behind Hollywood fame

Ryan gets real about what people assume about actors, money and success—and why the public image doesn't always match reality.

🙏 Can you have strong faith and still thrive in Hollywood?

Ryan explains how faith can be tested in an industry where you're constantly surrounded by opportunities, temptation and pressure to say yes.

👨‍👧‍👦 Why fatherhood changed Ryan's perspective

Ryan describes himself today as a father first, followed by being a creative and a student. He says he is constantly searching for knowledge and looking for his weaknesses so he can turn them into strengths.

❤️ How his children helped transform his perspective

Ryan talks about the way fatherhood changed how he sees women, relationships and the world around him—and how his children have played a profound role in his growth.

    ✝️ Finding hope through faith

Ryan shares how reading the Bible and watching The Chosen have influenced his understanding of Jesus, repentance, redemption and hope.

    🧠 Ryan's mental-health journey

Ryan courageously opens up about his suicide attempt nearly nine years ago and the perspective he gained from surviving one of the darkest periods of his life.

🤝 Why finding the right people matters

Ryan explains why having people you can genuinely talk to and share your struggles with is so important—and why connection can be a critical part of mental wellbeing.

💰 Why money and fame aren't the ultimate measure of success

Ryan reflects on having experienced significant money and fame and realizing that neither provided the peace he ultimately found through his children, family and deeper relationships.

🌅 The daily practices that keep him grounded

Ryan shares his current routine: waking up and praying, going to the gym for his body, and then doing something creative for his mind—working on a script, music, painting or writing.

✨ The power of scripting and visualization

Natasha and Ryan also explore the idea of creating your reality through intentional thought, scripting, visualization, gratitude and embodying the identity of the person you want to become. Natasha explains her approach of writing goals in the past tense as though they're already yours.

    🔥 Why belief changes everything

The conversation dives into the power of treating your desired future as something that is already possible rather than something impossibly far away. Natasha connects this to gratitude, faith, abundance and scripting.

Why You’re Not Manifesting Money Yet; The Scripting Method That Changes Everything

    25.08.2026 | 28 Min.
What if the reason you're not manifesting the money you desire isn't because your dream is too big—but because you haven't built the bridge between where you are and where you're going?

In this powerful money manifestation and scripting session, Natasha Graziano takes you through one of her most practical manifestation techniques: the Stepping Stone Method.

This isn't about simply writing down a huge financial goal and hoping it magically appears.

It's about getting clear on exactly what you desire, identifying the next achievable level, reverse-engineering the path, taking inspired action, and using scripting to train your mind to see your desired reality as possible.

Natasha explains that a stepping stone is the bridge between what you have now and what you ultimately desire.

And that shift can completely change the way you approach your money goals.

💰 What Is the Stepping Stone Method?

Let's say your ultimate goal is to make $1 million a year.

Instead of becoming overwhelmed by the size of the goal, Natasha encourages you to ask:

    What's the next number?

    Maybe it's $100,000.

    Maybe it's $250,000.

Maybe it's your first profitable month.

Maybe it's launching the business that eventually gets you there.

The stepping stone becomes the next win that proves to your brain that you're capable of achieving more.

And then you build from there.

Win → Bigger Win → Stepping Stone → Next Level.

✨ In This Episode, You'll Learn:

💸 How to get crystal clear on your money goal

Natasha starts by having you write down the exact amount of money you desire to make—whether that's a monthly or annual goal.

🧠 Why seeing your goal repeatedly matters

The session encourages you to place your desired number somewhere you will repeatedly see it, creating a constant reminder of the financial reality you're working toward.

✨ How Natasha uses scripting for manifestation

The method involves writing your desired outcome in the past tense, as though you've already achieved it, while connecting to the emotions and feelings associated with achieving that goal.

🌉 How to identify your financial stepping stone

Instead of obsessing over the final destination, you'll learn to identify the next milestone that can bridge the gap between your current reality and your ultimate financial goal.

🔥 Why celebrating your wins matters

Natasha explains that when you recognize smaller achievements, you begin to see yourself as someone who achieves things rather than someone who's constantly waiting for the next breakthrough.

🚀 How to combine manifestation with inspired action

This session isn't just about writing. Natasha asks you to identify the concrete actions that could help you reach your stepping stone—from starting a business to selling products, building a website, creating an offer, or finding new opportunities.

📊 How to reverse-engineer your money goal

Natasha walks through the process of taking a large financial target and breaking it down into the number of products or services you would need to sell to reach it.

💎 Why slowing down can help you speed up

Rather than getting overwhelmed by the size of the goal, you can break it into measurable pieces and work backwards to understand exactly what needs to happen.

📝 How to do Natasha's money scripting exercise

Toward the end of the session, Natasha gives you time to script about your dream goal in detail—writing about the money, the achievement, the feelings, and what your life looks like once you've reached it.

How She Built a Childcare Empire From the Ground Up

    23.08.2026 | 32 Min.
What happens when you see an opportunity that nobody else is seeing—and you decide to bet on yourself?

In this powerful episode of the Law of Attraction Secrets Podcast, Natasha Graziano sits down with Keanna Sanders, childcare expert, entrepreneur, founder, mother, and advocate for women in business, for an inspiring conversation about building a childcare empire from the ground up.

Keanna's journey into childcare began when she was just 14 or 15 years old, growing up around her grandmother's in-home childcare business. Her grandmother cared for children outside traditional working hours, including supporting many single mothers—and Keanna quickly developed a love for children and childcare herself.

    But Keanna didn't stop there.

After owning multiple businesses and recognizing a major need for 24-hour childcare, she took a leap of faith and opened her first facility.

    The growth came quickly.

She opened her second facility on a college campus four years later, followed by a third facility three years after that. Her vision continued expanding—and today, she says she has five childcare facilities, with two more currently in development.

But building an empire isn't all glamor and expansion.

Keanna gets honest about the staffing challenges, competition, financial pressures, parent relationships, operational demands, and moments when she wanted to quit.

    And her answer?

    Keep going.

✨ In This Episode, You'll Discover:

👶 How Keanna fell in love with childcare as a teenager

Her entrepreneurial journey began with her grandmother's childcare business and years of being surrounded by children.

🚀 How she spotted an opportunity in 24-hour childcare

Keanna recognized that many families don't work traditional 9-to-5 schedules and saw a need for childcare that could support those parents.

🏢 How one facility became five

Keanna shares how quickly her first facility reached capacity and how she continued looking for opportunities to expand her childcare business.

💪 The hardest part of building a childcare empire

Finding quality staff, competing with established childcare companies, maintaining loyal employees, and getting people to believe in her vision became some of her biggest challenges.

🔥 Why she wanted to quit—but kept going

Keanna admits there were days she wanted to quit—sometimes every day. Running childcare comes with challenges involving staff, parents, children, operations, and unexpected problems.

🧠 How to stop listening to the people who doubt you

Keanna talks about being judged by people who didn't know her story, her education, or how hard she worked. She learned to stay focused on the impact she wanted to create instead of allowing other people's opinions to define her.

👑 Why women need to support other women in business

Keanna is passionate about helping other women learn how to open childcare facilities and build businesses of their own.

💰 Why she believes there is enough money for everyone

Keanna and Natasha dive into the abundance mindset and the idea that another woman's success doesn't take away from yours. There is room for multiple businesses and multiple women to thrive.

🌎 Why investing in children is investing in the future

Keanna explains why childcare isn't simply a business—it is an investment in the next generation and in the future of entire communities.

🌟 Her vision for the future

Keanna shares her ambition to become a leading childcare provider and eventually build a national and international presence, while continuing to create impact through entrepreneurship and community work.

What Kobe, Jordan and Shaq Taught John Salley About Winning

    18.08.2026 | 30 Min.
What separates a champion from everyone else?

    Is it talent?

    Luck?

    Confidence?

Or is it the ability to stay focused, disciplined, resilient, and hungry long after everyone else has stopped?

In this powerful episode of the Law of Attraction Secrets Podcast, Natasha Graziano sits down with four-time NBA champion John Salley for an unforgettable conversation about the mindset of winners—and the lessons he learned firsthand from some of basketball's greatest legends.

John has been to the NBA Finals five times and won four championships, giving him a rare perspective on what it actually takes to perform at the highest level.

But this conversation isn't just about basketball.

    It's about life.

John explains why he sees basketball as a metaphor for life: four quarters, ups and downs, teammates, opponents, critics, fans, pressure, mistakes, and opportunities to reset. His philosophy is simple:

Focus and discipline are the key to life.

And then Natasha asks the question everyone wants answered:

What did Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan and Shaquille O'Neal have in common?

John takes us inside the mentality of these extraordinary athletes—and reveals what made each of them different.

Michael Jordan loved the game and played it at the highest level. John explains how the Detroit Pistons helped make Jordan tougher and more resilient.

Shaq understood his size and dominance—and when he fully recognized his physical advantage, everyone else was in trouble.

    And Kobe?

John remembers Kobe telling him he didn't want to be the next Michael Jordan.

He wanted to be the first Kobe Bryant.

Yet Kobe had studied Jordan so deeply that his mannerisms, movements, and even shot selection reflected what he had learned from him.

That is the difference between copying someone and studying greatness so deeply that you create your own version of it.

✨ In This Episode, You'll Discover:

    🏆 The championship mindset

John breaks down the mentality behind winning and why talent alone isn't enough.

🔥 What Kobe, Jordan & Shaq had in common

From obsessive preparation to confidence, resilience, discipline, and an almost relentless love of the game.

🧠 Why focus and discipline beat motivation

John's philosophy is that staying focused and disciplined is one of the most important keys to succeeding in life—not just sports.

💪 How to handle failure and pressure

John shares how his coach Chuck Daly recognized his ability to take criticism, breathe through mistakes, reset, and make a difference later in the game.

🌟 Why being number one can feel lonely

John reflects on Kobe's mentality and the reality that reaching the top can sometimes be isolating—but that if people are watching, you might as well give them something extraordinary to see.

    🤝 Why nobody wins alone

John makes a powerful point: he has never won a championship by himself. Winning requires a team, and learning how to become part of a winning team is a life skill.

    💼 The entrepreneur mindset

John reveals that entrepreneurship didn't begin after his NBA career—he says he has always been an entrepreneur. He shares stories from his childhood, including making and selling Icees, and the lessons his mother taught him about money, work, costs, and creating your own opportunities.

🚀 How to build instead of waiting for someone else

John shares the moment someone told him, essentially, if you don't like the deal, do it yourself—and how that mindset led him to create his own opportunities and eventually build a podcast network.

🔥 What to do when you feel stuck

John's advice for anyone going through a difficult season is powerful: remember the days when you were practicing alone and use that energy to carry you through your fourth quarter.

This episode is for anyone who is currently in their fourth quarter.

    Maybe you're building a business.

    Maybe you're rebuilding your confidence.

    Maybe you're chasing a dream.

    Maybe you're facing setbacks.

Maybe you're simply trying to become the person you know you're capable of becoming.

    The game isn't over.

    Get back in the gym.

    Get focused.

    Get disciplined.

    And keep playing.

Because champions aren't created when everything is easy.

They're created when you decide you're not done yet.
