Masters of the Universe follows a young Prince Adam who is separated from his home world of Eternia during a siege by the villainous Skeletor. Transported through a magical portal as a child, Adam loses the Sword of Power in transit and grows up on Earth, working a mundane job in Human Resources while obsessively searching for his lost weapon.

 

 

Fifteen years later, Adam finally reclaims the sword, which alerts Skeletor's minions on Earth as well as his childhood friend, Teela. Teela rescues him and brings him back to a now-devastated Eternia, where a ragtag resistance is hiding out.Adam must unite the skeptical warriors and leverage both his newfound Earthly empathy and the magic of Castle Grayskull. Channeling the Sword of Power, Adam transforms into the champion He-Man to lead the final assault against Skeletor, liberate Eternia, and reclaim his destiny.
