The Traitors: New Blood Season 1 Episode 5 recap: a heated roundtable ends in a banishment, and the Traitors' cursed apple murder in plain sight nearly exposes all three of them.

BachelorClues recaps The Traitors: New Blood Episode 5 solo while PaceCase is out sick. The roundtable picks up with Jay accusing Katie on body language, Kriste firing back with the Speech Play of the Game, and Abby L going after Sherry for guessing there are three Traitors. Sherry defends herself well until she assigns the table "homework" and isolates herself from the group, and the vote comes down to her and Jay. Victor casts a rogue vote for Michael and makes an enemy for no reason. Back at the castle, Katie is already in tears over being a Traitor. Then the Traitors are told to commit a murder in plain sight by throwing cursed apples at shortlisted players. Joe Vanella carries an apple around the castle, pulls Katie out of a conversation, and warms Mark up with gummy bears, which earns him the Error of the Game. Tomica offers everyone fruit, and Victor notices all of it, winning MVP. The episode ends on a cliffhanger at the Wake of the Living Dead.
