Yeah, you heard me right. Just little old me dropping in on the feed here to tell you that I will be LIVE on ITV this Sunday 15th from 10.15pm as a panelist on the official ITV Oscars coverage!!!
Hosted by Jonathan Ross, I'll be alongside Elle Osili-Wood and Samson Kayo discussing the nominations and narratives before reacting live to the awards as they are handed out.
Needless to say, since we are before the birth of my child, this is the most exciting thing to happen to me in my entire life.

This week on FoF we venture into the unknown with PROJECT HAIL MARY, Ryan Gosling’s new Sci-Fi Epic that is so sweet and funny you’d forgive yourself for calling it the Rom Com of the Year. I discuss why the comedy is landing, why it’s Gosling’s most complete performance in years, and whether it matches up to Interstellar for pure spectacle.
I also give you an adults POV on the new Pixar movie HOPPERS. I talk you through the established Tiers of Pixar Greatness and place Hoppers on the scale, before discussing it’s brilliance and drawbacks.
We finish off with a new edition of Forrest Grump (ranting about my cinema experiences), this time realising that I’M THE PROBLEM?! And finally an extract from my 2008 Movie Journal. What did 15yo Fred think about Wall.E?

We then have THE CHAOSCARS! - Your audience submissions; unhinged predictions, wild theories and alternative takes for what will happen next Sunday. Who will cry first? What jokes will Conan make? Who will be there to just promote their upcoming movie about the fashion world?!
