The Chillout Lounge Mix

This episode takes its name from Lake Underground Music, a wonderful label releasing my new EP, Signals, with the utterly gifted Alex Donofrio. It's available now as a pre-release on Beatport, and you'll hear one of its two original tracks, Firefly, in the mix.
There are also two tracks from Lucent, the debut album from il:lo, which is out today, congratulations on a beautiful album guys.
The mix starts relaxed and meditative, in keeping with the Signal Breath episode at the start of the month, then gradually lifts into more energetic territory. It works well for starting your day, focusing, or winding down.

I have a book out today called Signal Breath: Parasympathetic Athleticism, and I made this episode to accompany the breathing technique, which you can try on my website. Signal Breath follows your body's signals rather than fixed timings, encouraging you to explore breathing with greater awareness.
The first part of the mix is relaxed and meditative, ideal for starting your day or listening before exercise. More energetic tracks gradually come in later, which I hope leave you feeling positive and energised for the rest of your day.
I love knowing that my music helps a lot of people. This book is a more direct and practical way for me to build on that, sharing something I developed to help myself and others, with the hope that it inspires people to explore what their own bodies are capable of.
