Most Things Kenobi - A Star Wars Podcast

Some of our earliest episodes on Most Things Kenobi was to discuss the meaning and thought process behind both the Jedi Code and the Sith Code. This time, we're going back to both codes and we're playing the skeptic! We tackle the tough job of trying to find the "good" in the Sith Code (if possible) while doing our damndest to defend each line. It's tougher than we thought, but we found this exercise both challenging AND interesting. (Next episode, we'll play the skeptic with the Jedi Code and try to poke holes in each line. Will it be easier or harder than the Sith Code? Only one way to find out! )

There's just something about Star Wars and hallways, isn't there? Hallways are often used to represent in-betweenness, where characters pause, confront tension, or undergo change, often evoking themes of isolation, fear, inner exploration, and transformation. Some of the most iconic scenes in Star Wars have taken place in hallways: we all know Luke's hallway scene, Vader's hallway scene, even Rey's hallway scene...but let's not forget about Obi-Wan's hallway scenes - because there are MANY—and they're all epic! We counted as many "hallway fight scenes" as we could , trying to dissect all the halls that Obi-Wan has fought his way out of. How many, you ask? We'll give you a hint: there's over a dozen (and we probably missed a few!)

It's Star Wars Podcast Day 2026, and we're bringing the Star Wars community a very special episode with a new "What If" scenario. This time we're asking: What if Anakin had told Obi-Wan, instead of Mace Windu, that Palpatine was a Sith? What would have happened? Assuming Obi-Wan was not on Utapau and was instead on Coruscant at the time, what would the outcome have been? Would anything be different, or would it have remained the same? We propose many scenarios throughout this episode, but we also want to hear from you - what do YOU think would have happened? Was Anakin too far gone? So begins a new year, and a new season here on Most Things Kenobi! What better way to kick off a new year than to try and come up with potential new years resolutions that some of the Star Wars characters might choose for themselves (or SHOULD choose for themselves?)
