The masterminded Darth Sidious, aka Chancellor Palpatine (we flip back and forth between the two this entire episode), had a grand plan that impacted an entire galaxy over decades of time...but there was always one thorn in his side for many of those years: the one and only Obi-Wan Kenobi.
