She was found dead in the passenger seat of her husband’s car with a gun in her hand, and it initially appeared as if she had killed herself. They discuss why Savannah’s sisters were convinced she had been murdered, how investigators tracked down surveillance footage that showed Savannah and her husband, David Tolbert, were the only people in the car around the time of the shooting, and that gunshot residue was found on David’s hands, but not Savannah’s.

In 2012, Lizzi Marriott was a 19-year-old New Hampshire student when she disappeared after visiting her co-worker, Kat McDonough, and Kat's boyfriend, Seth Mazzaglia, in their apartment. Kat initially claimed Lizzi's death was accidental, but later testified that Seth strangled Lizzi with a rope after she rejected his sexual advances. "48 Hours" correspondent Troy Roberts reports.
