Heavy Resistance rides in with Cowboys, a track that doesn’t waste time setting the tone. From the first HIIEEEHAAA vocal, you know exactly what you’re in for. It’s loud, playful and built to hit hard.
Right after the intro, the track drops into heavy klaplong kicks that carry the whole structure forward. The drive is constant, the groove has a slightly funky edge, and everything is aimed at keeping the energy high. It’s not overcomplicated, it just does what it needs to do and does it well.
After testing this new direction in his Rebirth live set, it’s clear Heavy Resistance is leaning into a sound that’s rougher, more direct and made for the crowd. Compared to earlier work like Out of Time, this feels more raw and more confident.
