Chronicles of Dragonlance

We ask you, the listener to, send in questions you might have about the Chronicles for a future episode. Caramon, Tika, Tas and Berem find themselves in the dungeons below the Dark Queen's Temple in Neraka. Berem is not handling imprisonment well… They might have been able to overpower their guards and escape if Gakhan, Kit's fixer, hadn't also arrived in the dungeons at the same time, looking for them. More specifically, looking for Berem, who he confirms is the 'Green Gemstone Man' that Takhisis seeks. Above them, in the temple itself, Tanis waits for his introduction to the Dark Queen. We learn that Toede has been killed and the dragonarmies expelled from Kenderhome. Berem kills Gakhan and escapes the Companions below, separating in the hopes of allowing Berem to do whatever it is he needs to do here. Tanis comes face to face with Takhisis and Laurana…

The remaining Companions make their way to Neraka, an ugly city surrounding the hideous Temple of Takhisis, and where the dark goddess resides. They attempt to sneak into Neraka with disastrous results. Being led to the dungeons below the city they cross, once again, Kitiara's path. Tanis, in a desperate attempt to save them all from the dungeons, pleads with Kit while attempting to hide the rest of his party. He succeeds? Tanis bargains with Kitiara for Laurana's life and his soul. Kit's plans for him and Laurana are revealed. Her servant realizes that the Everman is in Neraka.

Tanis and the other Companions' have set out upon bronze dragons for Neraka. Their plans to rescue Laurana are almost immediately spoiled when Fizban, riding an aged gold dragon, grounds them. They, accompanied by Fizban, must flee into the mountains, on foot, pursued by draconians. Hijinks ensue. The party decides to make for Godshome and I'm really beginning to worry about Flint's health.

Tanis and friends show up in Kalaman, right before Kitiara does to let everyone know that she has Laurana captive and has taken her to Neraka to be a guest of Takhisis. This upsetting news complicates the Companions' reunion. Gilthanas is especially upset with Tanis. Kit delivers an ultimatum to Kalaman and the forces of good if they want to save Laurana. Full surrender and the good dragons go back into hiding, she leaves a floating castle over the city while they contemplate her demands. Tanis, and the Companions, vow to save Laurana. Most of them sneak away in the night, taking Berem with them, headed for Neraka.
