In this episode of TSFS, I share major updates on Joe and Kendra Duggar, including Kendra’s parents relaunching their GoFundMe with new wording to cover displacement and moving costs (not legal fees), noting they’re close to a $30,000 goal and are also selling items like a 2000 Honda CRV. I discuss speculation around the situation, reference a newly released jailhouse call where Kendra says the entire Duggar family is supporting her and Joe with childcare and attorney-related help, and note Joe’s upcoming court date and that they currently don’t have custody of their kids. In this episode, I'm recapping Season 8, Episode 2 of Welcome to Plathville, and it was absolutely packed. We kick off with Lydia and Zac confronting the family over the drama surrounding their wedding, where Lydia drops a bombshell about an ex-boyfriend and issues a serious warning to the family about gossip — even calling out the unresolved grief over losing their brother Joshua. From there, I take us to Tallahassee where Moriah and Ethan go wig shopping, and Moriah reveals her bald head on camera for the first time, showing a much healthier, more grounded version of herself after her time in Montana. I also break down what I'm calling Ethan's "redemption season," as we see him writing a love song for his ex Teegan and reconnecting emotionally through conversations with his friend Austin. Then it's on to Kim's "next chapter" divorce party, which was supposed to be a roast but turned out to be more of a heartfelt tribute, and Issan dumps Kaylan!
