Yep. That's right folks! England win the series with a Test to spare!
After our rip-roaring Galle Pod, The Shackles Are Off take you to yet another location to explore the goings on from a fan's perspective in Kandy.
Hear from talkSPORT's Jon Norman, England and Surrey hero Gareth Batty, Dean Wilson of the Daily Mirror and Adge Walton (you know... the Blazer and MCC tie-guy!).

ON TOUR: The Galle Pod
After England’s historic first ever Test win in Galle, we thought we’d treat you to what it’s all been about in this historic old town. From torrential rain, to losing a trumpet in the sea, to hearing from a three-time Ashes winning wicketkeeper, this pod has it all.
Join Millard and Greggy as they get pestered on the beach, hear from some Barmy Army legends, and speak to Matty Prior.
Head to the Barmy Army social media pages for more from Sri Lanka including the now flourishing Barmy Brekkie.
Hunky Plunky - Liam Plunkett
HELLO! We are back.... for "series two" of The Shackles Are Off podcast Produced by England's Barmy Army.
Greggy, Brooksy and Millard catch up (briefly), before introducing a red hot guest. You could argue he's 'hot' in more ways than one... (you'll understand as the podcast goes on).
Liam Plunkett trumps Brooksy with his FOUR County Championship titles - and they've even lived together.
Hear from 'Pudsey' about Ashes Tours, his impending move to Surrey, and THAT 'Fredalo' World Cup.
For more, follow the Barmy Army on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
The Golden Boy - Joe Root
After he begged, pestered and hunted us down ever since we started the podcast, we finally caved in and let England Captain Joe Root achieve a long-term goal of his when he came to sit in the studio with the chaps for an hours natter.
The Barmy Army fan favourite, speaks to Brooksy, Millard and Greggy about being skipper, all of his family hitting each other for six at Headingley, silly pranks in the England dressing room, and which England player craves being part of the Barmy Army during a Test Match.
He also shares an incredible bit of batting advice to anybody playing in the subcontinent, given to him by a certain Sri Lankan legend*.

(*Disclaimer: may or may not be a very good bit of advice at all)
The Bulwell Bomber - Luke Fletcher
A larger than life character, who very much fits into the Barmy Army mould of being a 'people's player', Nottinghamshire's Luke Fletcher joins the chaps on the podcast this week.
The Shackles Are Off present to you Episode 4, which includes The Bulwell Bomber's previous career working at Hooters, his aspirations of scoring a Championship ton (like our own Brooksy), and THAT delivery last summer which went viral after he decided to 'stick nut on'.
